I often find that most people’s problem is that they don’t post enough content. One email a month seems like so much pressure. If you’re trying to get all your sales in just one day, that’s why people panic and come up with crazy long copy, not enough value, and are overall scared that they’re not going to make the sale.
I don’t have a fixed calendars for my newsletters. I send an email when I have something to share. Which can be 2 emails a week to 6. Depending on how busy I feel. In any way, writing that many emails over the last few months really helped me get out of that ‘Send’ anxiety.
Same thing applies to social media. When you start posting every day, your fear of judgement or your fear of stats goes away. And that’s when content marketing starts to really be efficient.
